Which land and buildings are included in the proposal to sell Westdale Mall?
I asked Jason Siebrecht, Manager of Linn County’s GIS/Mapping Services to create a map illustrating which parcels (land) and buildings are included in the 63 acres and 628,000 square feet mentioned in the proposal. The brown shaded area on the Westdale Mall Map appears to be the area described in the proposal.

Based on the map, is the old Westdale theater building included? It seems to be outlined.

Based upon the information I’ve been provided … No, the old Westdale Theatres building is not included. It’s outlined because its ownership is different than the ownership of the land around it.
